INDUSTRIAL ROPE ACCESS
Canadian Rope Access Specialists is the leading S.P.R.A.T (Society of Professional Rope Access Technicians) trainer in Canada. Upon successful completion of the course, Rope Access students will be certified by S.P.R.A.T, and will also receive certification in Fall Protection. As an added bonus, all our students also receive one free day of refresher training each year.
The level 1, 2, or 3 SPRAT course is $1700 + HST
*The SPRAT certification program requires a minimum of 500 hours and 6 months of documented industrial rope access experience between testing for levels 2 and 1000 hours (5oo min at level 1 and 500 min at level 2) minimum before testing for level 3. Past CRAS students receive a 10% discount when returning for their level 2 and 3.
**This course typically runs Monday – Friday, the first week of every month. It is possible to arrange different course dates for a minimum of 4 people. If the dates on the calendar don’t work for you, please call us and we will try to make it work.
***No previous experience with Rope Access is necessary although, familiarity with rope (recreational climbing, arborist, window cleaning, rescue teams, sailing etc.) is desirable but not required. This course does include a moderate to high level of strenuous exercise and may not be for everyone. A medical examination is suggested if you have any doubts.
