We understand that cancellations and schedule changes are sometimes inevitable due to extraneous events and we try to be as fair as possible. The following policies are necessary to insure that we are able to keep our courses running.
To maximize the effectiveness of our training, C.R.A.S limits the number of students per course to a maximum of 8. Substitutions that meet our age/medical requirements may be made at any time before the course start date — please advise in advance.
More than 14 days notice:
Cancellations with more than 14 days notice prior to course start date will be charged a $250 cancellation fee.
Registrants who have been confirmed for specific training course may reschedule without penalty up to 14 days before the scheduled course start date.
Less than 14 days notice:
Cancellations or changes with less than 14 days notice prior to course start date will be charged 50% of tuition fees.
Less than 7 days notice:
Cancellations or changes within 7 days or once course has begun will be charged 100% of tuition fees.
